Carol Heath-Smith

My passion is to help individuals discover their true ability and empower them to drive forward with their lives. I have been involved in the world of neurodiversity for over 20 years and have served as a SENCo in three independent schools, both in the UK and internationally. I am a Specialist Dyslexia Assessor with experience supporting a range of neurodiversities, including ADHD, Autism, and DCD.

I have a particular interest in the role Emotional Intelligence plays in building self-belief, confidence, and essential skills, enabling individuals to be more successful in all areas of their lives. To deepen this expertise, I trained with Six Seconds and The Coaching Academy, which allows me to offer assessments and coaching in this area — especially where neurodiversity is present.
